It’s bonkers, I have a side by side pic on my phone of my boy arms and now, showed someone a while back and they were utterly shocked, I think most of the 3stone I’ve lost has been muscle mass .. I was “buff” apparently 😂 now I’m near defeated by a pickle jar 😂

Yeah, something similar happened with my own 3Stone lights a while back. App updated, totally changed the UI, made everything way less convenient. Fortunately they had the option to revert to the old look.

All very true, just when keep-menopause hit me bad I couldn’t understand what was happening to my body. I was training the same, eating the same and still I bloody gained 3stone. Just not always easy putting yourself out there.

Peri-menopause happened to me, ate the same trained the same and gained 3stone no matter what I did, I was even over training at one point and the weight went nowhere, but recently it’s started coming off and strength getting there.
