Portraits of a few of the NPCs you might have met in Acute Care, a scenario for the Dark Conspiracy RPG. Sadly, the scenario is no longer available. 3Hombres, the folks who commissioned me to illustrate it, only had the rights for a few years. #horror #npc #darkconspiracy #rpgillustration

Old Dark Conspiracy. It was for a scenario called Detour put out when 3Hombres had the rights to the game. It's out of print but maybe someone has a pdf available somewhere.
