I have apparently illegally parked in Montreal for 48 hours and all I got was a $0 "warning" parking ticket and when I grabbed the car the attendant apologized profusely for the confusing signage.

1/ The tied popular vote Times poll this morning is a great example of partisan response. Harris and Trump are tied at 48%. Their respective approvals? 48%. The generic ballot for Congress - 48%. Obviously I've cast doubt on ticket-splitting being 5%+ but it won't be 0 either.
