Yesterday I ticked over 500km on my cargo e-bike, which is pretty great considering most of my trips are under 3km!
Very lucky and grateful that most of the amenities that I need/visit on a regular basis are along (or near) safe cycling routes.

We used to do similar, several 4bars crushed up into a bottle of whisky. Pass it around with whatever stimulant was available.

Well apparently I’m one of maybe four or five UK brass banders that feels this way, and the rest have a great deal of white fragility, and incivility, the 4Bars rest thread reveals. Depressing.
