Point to the personal liability of the board for fiduciary misconduct. Even board members of the tiniest 501c orgs are told to get a little liability insurance for that reason. It's a steep climb but reporting and records and current court cases alone should bankrupt any of them colluding.

Check out this effort by West Virginians who are fighting to protect old forestl and family farms from a big transmission line to power a data center right over the border in Loudon Cty, a very wealthy VA area. Maybe they shoulda figured out the electric needs before building.

A church is a building and a 501c non profit. The administration of said church requires people. They pay taxes and all those butts in pews pay taxes, pastors pay self employment taxes, so what is your point? Pastors lecture, write books, and pay taxes on the income. FFS I am so sick of this BS.
