“Toyon Twist”

A green Toyon tree with its green berries looks out of focus in this photograph and it’s on purpose! For this challenge of distortion, I purchased a cheap lens filter and smeared the outer edge with Vaseline and then sprinkled white iridescent glitter on top of that. The glitter worked well only when facing the sun so it wasn’t necessary for this shot. While pressing the shutter, I twisted my zoom lens at the same time. So double the distortion!
