Really the problem with doing something rarely done before isn't the work. The work is invigorating. It's looking up every once in a long while and thinking "am i just nuts?"

I have to set my alarm 4 days in a row, and listen, I know 90% of you do this 5x a week, but I typically live my life like Winnie the Pooh, so this much sleep deprivation is just horrible.

Main things helping me with depression/anxiety right now:
1. Taking my Prozac every day (meds might not be right for you and that’s cool, too)
2. Exercise. I hate it, but I break a sweat 5x a week at Pilates or on walks
3, seeing friends. Esp important if you live alone.
4. 7-8 hours sleep

That’s a great question, the reason I trained my chimpanzee to perform reiki is that when it goes right chimpanzee reiki is actually 4-5x stronger than human reiki
