Well… that was all very underwhelming… more for what was missed out… no punk, new romantic, rock/metal or glam… a ton of old grey whistle test archive left unplundered… too heavy on recent shows rather than period (McCartney from a 20’s Late Night - really was there nothing better?)

This 60 songs for 60 years of BBC2 is pretty weak so far (2 hours and 15 in)… picks have been pretty obvious and I’m sure not the best bbc2 clips there were of the various artists chosen… stand out choice so far was using Bob m and the Wailers “concrete jungle” rather than “stir it up” from OGWT…
