I always check piles of old 78s in charity shops in case of gold but it’s usually marches, foxtrots & recitals. But checked a pile yesterday and actual blues records! 2 Big Bill Broonzy 78s and a Paramount 78 by Ida Cox released in 1924, so 100 years old now. Noisy but plays, and is great.

The "Cameraphone" was a revolutionary portable wooden gramophone manufactured in the 1920s, mostly coming out of Germany and Great Britain.

Designed to look precisely like a folding box camera of the era, it was the 1920s equivalent of a portable music player.
