Are the traffic lights at SR 531 and 27th Ave NE under @wsdot control?
I ask because the light cycles are taking an obnoxiously long time to change between directions. It seems like there's a glitch, but it's hard to say.

Hey @WA_Marysville There is a minor signal problem at 38th Street and 116th. The pedestrian crossing signal is malfunctioning, causing the main signal to change when there no one there. it's causing some minor traffic delays unnecessarily.
