Aid to Ukraine from 2022-2026 was a rounding error. We used more in the first two weeks of the Iran war than we provided in the 4 years of aid to Ukraine.

Spain & Mexico to send humanitarian aid & solar panels to Cuba. Mexico is rallying CELAC against the illegal US siege. In addition it is acting as a launching pad for international aid.
