A capture of comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) this morning. I just had time to get a shot of it before the sky became too bright. It was just about visible naked eye and through binoculars it looked noticeably brighter than a few days ago. #Astronomy #Astrophotography #A6Lemmon

Comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) on the evening of 23 October. I was battling passing high level cloud, the neighbour's security light and time - the comet was setting behind a rooftop! Quite pleased with the result though, especially the structure in the tail. #Astronomy #Astrophotography #A6Lemmon

I managed to capture comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon) this morning, despite the passing cloud and gusts of wind. Visible in 8x40 binoculars as a diffuse white blob Imaging captured it much better and revealed the green colour. There is a hint of a tail too. #Astronomy #Astrophotography #Space

There are some amazing images of comet C/2025 A6 (Lemmon). However, this was taken (Nov 2nd) at 18:01 UTC with a regular Canon 250D 50mm, f/5.6, ISO1600, 5-sec exp. I took 35 exposures and stacked them in Siril and denoised in GraXpert. It tempers expectations, yet it's still very cool to see. 🔭🧪

The aurora didn't show, but I saw two meteors and got shots of #Comet C/2025 A6 Lemmon.

I tried various ISOs and shutter speeds; this 1-second exp. at ISO 25600 is the "best". Haha!

I'll give it another go with my 250mm, despite saying I don't want to put that beat-up old lens on my new camera.
