12-16 months is the timeline for seeing if the body is responding to AAMA treatment for dementia. He's at around the 14th month mark, so I'm guessing his doctors told him he's not responding to treatment (almost certainly because he waited too long to start treatment caused by his NPD)

Trump's been doom spiraling for days and snapping at ppl calling them "sick". My theory is he was told last week that his body is not responding to the AAMA treatment (takes 12-16 months, Trump is right around that timeline). Likely waited too long to treat it because of his NPD and now is fucked.

Nah, it's about about 14 months since he started the AAMA treatment. He was likely told last week that he's not responding too it and the dementia is too far along to stop now. I'd guess it's why he was lashing out, calling people "sick" and why he's changed his mind about Iran b4 midterms.
