"AB2602 will prevent employers from using AI-generated “digital replicas” of a performer’s likeness or voice as a substitute for a human performer without that performer’s consent, under certain circumstances."

Joe’s video explains California Law AB2602 which does protect SAG-AFTRA members from their voices being used by 1-to-1 AI without their knowledge (meaning not written on the contract). This law is fairly new but it should apply to their contracts now.
