AB495 still needs your support as dark money funded far right groups continue to mislead their audience in order to destroy this needed protection for families targeted by forced separation- a horror likely to increase even more after today’s pro-racial profiling Supreme Court decision.
AB495 is an urgently needed piece of legislation that allows families to easily provide for a guardian for their children in the event they are forcibly separated— as is happening to immigrant families via escalating ICE kidnappings.
