His casino bankruptcies screwed the children of Atlantic City, NJ. The reason casinos exist in ACNJ was to provide a tax base for the schools and communities. Instead of helping people escape poverty, casinos made the 55th largest city in NJ have the 5th highest human trafficking rate in the US.
