Spent parts of my career thinking ACSA/JAE wasn't for me, but for the past four years (thx to Nora Wendl / McLain Clutter / great editors + board), JAE has been one of the best journals going. ACSA hasn't "protected" anything—they've unmade it with their own hands.

For architecture folks on here, it's important to note that the ACSA (aided by some of their most rabid, fascist members) are now planting stories about the JAE's Palestine issue in rightwing outlets like Free Beacon. The ACSA has officially aligned itself with White Supremacists.
