What we know from the captured ATC audio and ADAS-B tracks is that the jet was flying through some moderate turbulence. Moderate here is not a simple adjective, in this case it means turbulence with up to ±0.5g. Aircraft are designed to withstand this and there is nothing unusual about it.

It's worth nothing, again and again, that the car companies that are doing well with sales and ADAS are the ones *who already have foundationally commercially successful EV platforms*.
That's my point with VW leadership, instead of soberly addressing where they were on EV, just went lolz ADAS.

Potentially all of the above, as Florida has partial fault. How/if Florida's AV law affects that hasn't been tested AFAIK, though in Florida Tesla was found a third at fault for an ADAS (not ADS/AV) crash.
