I swear every time I watch an All Dogs Christmas Carol, I get taken aback by Charlie's voice actor change each time. Every time I hear his voice I'm like "who the fuck is this twink", like at least in ADGTH2 Charlie Sheens voice was somewhat in the same range as Burt Reynolds.

Honestly, making straight up ADGTH2, instead of "All cats go to Nirvana" and the natural follow up, "All film executives go to hell" was a fumbled bag.
To be frank, if you have "All dogs go to heaven" you have to include hell at some point. That's just required.
