#ADRattrayWhisky @AnnandaleDstlry Nose: a little closed, some patience reveals vanilla custard, marzipan, pears drops and a little dunnage funk. There's a bowl of tropical fruit here and some digestive biscuits. A little lemon juice rounds things off.

#ADRattrayWhisky @AnnandaleDstlry Palate: thin but chewy arrival, tropical fruit: pineapple, kiwi and mango; brown sugar, chewing nuts and a huge bite of ginger spice. The ABV seems well integrated and then bites you as the liquid disappears!

#ADRattrayWhisky Islay Palate: thin spicy arrival, huge ABV & spice takes no prisoners. There salinity is here drying the mouth along with the peat smoke & tropical fruit notes. Milk chocolate, toffee & liquorice offer some resistance before the salinity & smoke take back control.

#ADRattrayWhisky Islay Palate: thin spicy arrival, huge ABV & spice takes no prisoners. There salinity is here drying the mouth along with the peat smoke & tropical fruit notes. Milk chocolate, toffee & liquorice offer some resistance before the salinity & smoke take back control.
#ADRattrayWhisky @TamdhuWhisky Palate: another thick sweet arrival, this time with more spice. There's toffee and honey to start, some shortbread, a little salinity, Horlicks and a huge sour grapefruit note. Apricot and icing sugar give a dryness inviting another sip. Lovely!
