A district judge ordered the Trump administration to remove three of its partisan propaganda ads from government websites and social media, and said any planned dissemination of the ads through third parties must be canceled.

"When in doubt, vote the opposite of the ads" is a pretty good rule in California
California’s proposed billionaire tax was polling at 52% approval back in May.

Tech oligarchs have spent at least $148 million to fight it. Now it polls at 42%.
California Billionaire Pass Not Expected to Pass
On the eve of the 2026 midterms, polling showed that support for a ballot measure taxing the ultra-wealthy had shed significant support.

The ads are all fearmongering trying to convince seniors the govt is gonna use it to come after their retirement accounts and assets. I was seeing about 10 ads a day against it for a while.

I understand there are hiccups in every new technology. Until AI works perfectly it should NOT be dealing with medical patient care/customer service.

This isn’t an “oopsie your HBO Max has ads when you’re paying for no ads.”

It’s serious health stuff! Fuck off!!!
I’ve now experienced AI fucking up TWO medical things for me in the past month.

1. Sent me the wrong summary of a bad blood test result via patient portal that scared the shit out of me

2. An AI agent (who I did not know was an AI agent) called me today to schedule a test my doctor did not order

I don't think the National Party attack ads against Chlöe Swarbrick would be actionable under the Harmful Digital Communications Act, but I DO think it's weird and sexist and gross, and AI slop ads are the lowest form of politics #nzpol

Central to Haley's justification for defecting is that ads that supported El-Sayed were divisive.
This is the type of material I've been receiving in Michigan, which Stevens is fine with I guess.
