The battery status works if you install a Linux distro onto the internal SSD and then remove the parameter that disabled the aDSP.
This is because apparently the USB C port's vbus is controlled by the aDSP and whenever it loads the aDSP module it restarts the USB C ports so there's I/O errors?

Ok update. The firmware for the ADSP-21062 SHARC happened to be on the software disk! It has everything in it, the entire radar is basically done in that one DSP I think I will replace this card with a FPGA, using the original Mach220 ADC! Current plan Z
