Steakholder Foods Announces ADS Ratio Adjustment
Steakholder Foods (Nasdaq: STKH) plans a one-for-five reverse ADS split, effective November 9, 2026, through an adjustment to its depositary-share ratio.Each American Depositary Share (ADS) will represent 60,000 ordinary shares, compared with 12,000 currently. The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary bank, will exchange every five existing ADSs for one new ADS on the effective date.
