Ondas (ONDS) completed installation and European Union Aviation Safety Agency certification of its Airborne Missile Protection System on a Bombardier Global 7500 aircraft.The system, developed by Ondas subsidiary BIRD Aerosystems, incorporates directional infrared countermeasures designed to protect aircraft from infrared-guided missiles. Certification confirms that the installation meets applicable European airworthiness requirements and allows the protection system within the aircraft's certified configuration. The Global 7500 adds another aircraft platform equipped with Ondas' missile protection technology. Ondas expects its military and civilian market approach to create additional revenue opportunities and accelerate adoption across multiple sectors.
