Anyone that tells you women can't play football is a fucking idiot

This is sensational footy. Tough, fast, skills aplenty, and even more desperation & courage

Have been impressed by the number of old blokes I’ve seen on my half-time walk at the #AFLW Grand Final. I’ve also just remembered that I’m one of them.

Will North Melbourne get its AFLW grand final revenge on Brisbane, or will the Lions make it three premierships? On FOOTYOLOGY, Gil Griffin previews Saturday night's big game. #footyology #aflwrooslions #AFLWGF

That only 12,000 people get to tell the story of seeing the great North side win their second in a row is an indictment on the salaries of the visionless executive of #AFL

Three women working four days a week could do a better job than those overpaid plonkers

#AFLWGF #AFLW #AFLWRoosLions

Absolutely ludicrous. Even more offensive than booking fucking motocross into it last year

The fans paid for that ground. It is an insult to the fans that thousands are missing out tonight because lawyers run football, not football people

Enjoying this Grand Final very much, although the AFL app seems to be suggesting I should be at home putting more time into my possessions.

So well deserved, Roos.

If I were in Melbs and didn't have a ticket for the #AFLWGF #AFLWRoosLions then a bar part owned by former Tige Tess Lavey would be my first choice for where to catch the game in a place dedicated to celebrating women's sport - The W Club in Abbotsford

Definitely on my "to visit" list

Well played #NorthMelbourne 2025 #aflwgf winners!
Commiserations to #Brisbane you fought hard and can hold your heads up!
#AFLWRoosLions

Just so happy for everyone at #NMFC.

It's one thing to be better than everyone else, but quite another to keep putting in the work to prove it every week for two years - and counting! Enjoy the night.

Hard lines, Brisbane. Hurts now, but take pride later.
