毎年アブラムシが沸くということは、卵でよぉけ越冬している→天敵も必ず周辺にいる→アブラムシは天敵より早い増殖率（特に雨が少ないと）あたりおさえて対策かと。
露地ではこんな感じで害虫の大爆発を抑えるやり方もあります。いずれもムギやソルゴーをちょいはやめに育てる工夫が効果的です。 バンカープランツ、インセクタリープランツ、天敵温存、障壁ソルゴーあたりでぐぐると面白いです！
