2) THROUGH NANOINDENTATION we have discovered that #Nakhla silicates show lower hardness and higher plasticity (it deforms permanently more easily) than #ALHA77005 Shergottite or similar Earth rocks. It is due to microporosity, as the tiny pores concentrate stress in the mineral
