While I love the preset comments on AP Classroom, I find that the individual feedback part of it is clunky. Maybe having a doc of typical comments that you can copy/paste into indiv feedback? Or a one page paper feedback tick sheet that you physically return to students? #aphistory

Adding a new section to my AP World History lessons, "Connecting to the Past." Being able to relate the past to the present helps students see the importance of history and how it relates to their own lives.

This exercise by @jamellebouie.net on "How many Slaveholders were there, really?" (youtu.be/pRs2Xu1FWR4?...) is really impressive and honestly I think should be a mandatory watch for *ancient* historians thinking about the slave societies we study.
