Who better to have #APointOfView?
Being away for a while in March, I have just caught up with the BBC decisions to shut down #APointOfView & end overseas access to BBCSounds. Aside from the sheer incompetence of these decisions, in the week of increases to the Licence Fee, the optics could not be worse.

Remember, #BBCRadio4 is the station that defended the removal of #APointOfView because of cost (a 13 minute essay by a single speaker) & replacing it with an archive "on this day" lightweight involving 2 continuity voices. #pah
