#ASMSA received a $1,700 Giving Tree Grant from the Hot Springs Area Community Foundation. The grant will provide ASMSA-TIP scholarships for 25 Garland and Montgomery county students as well as additional program support. #DolphinPride

We were excited to get to host about 40 Arkansas Gifted and Talented educators for Camp Ignite this week! Camp Ignite is a professional development experience sponsored by #ASMSA-TIP. Educators participated in hands-on sessions, networking activities, and curriculum exploration. #DolphinPride

#ASMSA welcomed about 40 Gifted and Talented educators from across the state for Next Gen GT: Navigating AI in Gifted Education, a one-day conference to discuss how to effectively and ethically incorporate AI into classrooms. The event was hosted by ASMSA-TIP.

6th- through 8th-graders from school districts in Hot Springs, Lake Hamilton, Midland, Gurdon, and Jacksonville as well as students in the ASMSA-TIP program competed in the AMC 8, a mathematics competition, at #ASMSA today.

Excited to have more than 100 middle schoolers on campus (including one who lives in my house) on campus today for a chess tournament. It’s another great extension of the work of ASMSA-TIP!
