ASPS members regularly do over 8,000 breast reductions annually between cis girls (5325) and cis boys (2942) far more than done for trans youth. These can carry substantial risks of loss of function, sensitivity, and standard surgical risks. Yet, ASPS isn't advising against those.
The American society of plastic surgeons has no issue with the tend of thousands of minors getting nose jobs and other cosmetic surgery but they decided that they want to support bans on trans youth care and align with Trump's EO rather actual medical science

Taking this a step farther, what if we popularize the idea of Account Service Providers (ASP) and advocating for laws where:
- accounts on the internet are separate from apps/platforms
- ASPs follow net neutrality
- ASPs must interop so accounts freely move between them (like phone numbers)
