The tropical biologists in our lab were really looking forward to @theATBC meeting this year in Cartagena Colombia, which would have taken place this week. We're settling now for lunch at a Colombian restaurant in Nampa, ID, but can't wait for #ATBC2020 (?) #ATBC2021 next year!

Really wonderful to see so many presentation and plant pics from #ATBC2019. Particularly great to see so many Malagasy researchers. I can't wait to be physically present for #ATBC2020 in Colombia!

Got to spend a morning in mangroves on the coast of Colombia before #atbc2020. As well has providing a host of services for people they are intrinsically wondrous and liminal places, a magical dance of land and sea, of the tidal pull of moon and sun ⁦⁦@theATBC⁩
