I’m having a disaster ordering new Apple products ATT. The first order they magically canceled. The second order they charged my card but no order number.
Can any one direct me to a competent live person? I believe when companies show you the their business practices BELIEVE them.

Just when I thought the crazy week I had was behind me, my iPhone (+2 others) got stolen at Trader Joe's. Managed to get a new iPhone, but couldn't get @AT&T @ATTHelp to activate it so I need to go to a store tomorrow... & need to report & reactive my @enjoyGLOBE number too...

@ATTHelp @TMobile I was hoping with less devices running to interfere the signal would get better, but it’s actually worse. Places where I used to get a stable signal area dead. I blame @pge4me for all of this, @ATTcares had no chance to prepare.

While I appreciate that @ATTHelp is providing free service during the power outage, their towers in the area also seem to be down, so I have to use @tmobile for Internet.

@ATTHelp @TMobile @Google Now I found out there was a class action settlement about the exact issue I have that closed one day after my phone died but @Google did not inform me. Today they were happy to tell me over and over, so they had the data, but chose not to inform me.

I’ve been pondering leaving @ATTHelp for @TMobile and there is an awesome promotion for the Pixel 4 but my @google Pixel XL literally died 10 days ago, so I can’t trade it in for $500 in credit! <sigh> :)

@ATTHelp something up with DNS on fiber? Running diagnostics and reverse lookup DNS for primary and secondary (68.94.156.100& 68.94.157.10) fail every couple of tests. Sporadic 100% fails on ping test as well.

honestly if @ATTHelp (at&t tv now) would include a music channel like MTV live or FM on their cheapest package on top of local channels in my area, there’d be nothing stopping me from resubscribing back to them as my only tv provider

Incompetent (adj): @ATT installer who unplugged my fiber to plug someone 2 doors down in (8:37a yesterday), doesn't plug you back in & knocks you out for 24hr, until the competent guy comes back on my ticket & plugs me back in (just now). How about a credit @ATTHelp?

@ATTHelp I am traveling in Spain. I set my account up to use data and calling intl day pass. I have into roaming turned on and verified mobile network defaults set to automatic and not Manual to pick network. I can't make calls of data outside of WiFi.
