We are out of housing bonds in 2026. Any discussion of a potential 2026 bond program must include a substantial investment in affordable housing. $500M sounds like a good place to start. #ATXCouncil #ATXHousing

ATX gets good press (deservedly so) for policy changes to allow for increased housing supply and the resulting decrease in housing/rent prices. However, the job isn't done. We need continued investment in income-restricted affordable housing. #ATXHousing

Supply is great, but it alone will not save us. We need another big public investment in income-restricted affordable housing in November 2026 and sustainable funding for tenant assistance. #ATXHousing
