Interesting comment in the Dec 22 issue of AvWeek (p22) that Mozhaets-6 (object 65589), launched last September, is a 'low visibility' or 'stealth' satellite - may explain why we still have no Space Force orbital data for it

Amusing here is the hype of connectivity into non-hub markets. Especially because last week's AvWeek story had LH Group talking about cutting the short-haul overlap. Which will necessarily limit the long-haul redundancy as well.
Skipping past the delusion of "loyal, affluent passengers" driving high yields for Lufthansa, I can't let the idea of a "consistent premium experience" go by.

Not only does the Group not have consistency, but even Lufthansa has lost the consistency it once had, with no plans to get it back.

Per OPNAV guys to AvWeek, PCA (USAF NGAD) was after a level of stealth that couldn't accept vertical tails. The USN was not interested in this level of stealth: aviationweek.com/podcasts/che...

Yes. It feels like it was only avweek or so ago when he announced about getting money for that, and fellas asking if we could help 😊 Its encouraging that its not a months and months delay getting into UA. 👍

OTOH, the pace of development in the past decade has been astonishing.

AVWEEK has gone from "some guy has a new flying car design" stories once a year to covering "advanced air mobility" twice a month.

We're a LOT closer to commonplace aircars than we ever were. Though the boom may yet fizzle.

I read this yesterday from aviationweek , and it deals with the matter of the overall bleed air aspect and the design of the CFM Leap engine. I'll share a screenshot from the avweek article that discusses what it is specifically.

And it actually states LEAP-1A engine (A320neo) as a similar risk.

Hearing the AvWeek podcast hosts react to a whole year+ of UAS developments from Ukraіnе all at once is a bit droll. Like I get why you'd be shook, but half of these things are old news; UAS (and EW) development and doctrine runs on a two-month cycle that we're all about two months behind
