Some aspects of circus are so good for this, for physical play - double hoop is frankly hilarious unless you’re extremely focused on some competition or performance, acrobalance is definitely play unless you’ve some external reason to be super serious
I think most people would be happier if they played more. I’m not talking sports (though those are good for you if that’s what you like too), I’m talking make believe. Get into cosplay. Go to a Ren Faire. Have costume parties with your friends even when it’s not Halloween. Be ridiculous
