1/3 A brilliant example of listening in action. 🙌🏽👏🏽

Active Leeds made a change to their cancellation policy and when members spoke up, they truly listened.

They explained the reasoning behind the initial change, acknowledged the impact it had, and were open about their thought process. #ActiveLeeds
