100% - it’s a shame the CEO of the Jays wrote to then mayor Tory to get rid of activeTO
The Jays are the only remaining major sports team in Toronto where normal people can afford tickets for the whole family to go. Every game day I see families downtown exploring St Lawrence Market, Distillery District, etc. Big tourist draw, and it brings people downtown who might usually avoid it.

Toronto proved it can be bold and move quickly when it rebalanced its streets in the first year of the pandemic with RapidTO bus lanes, CafeTO patios, and ActiveTO bike lanes. I maintain pushback arose not because we did too much, but that we didn't keep going.
