Such a meaningful milestone. As someone who’s followed the EGFR story closely since ADAURA, FLAURA-2’s NICE approval feels both expected and hard-earned. The Blueteq note is subtle but huge—single cycle allowed, yet no path forward post-adjuvant PD? Curious how this will shift UK practice. Thoughts?
