Today, there is strong evidence to suggest aluminum adjuvants are safe for use in childhood vaccines. Plus, each year, about four million deaths are avoided because of these immunizations. Childhood vaccinations don't threaten children's lives, they save them.

Dr. Malone asked about adjuvants in MMR. Live-attenuated vaccines like MMR don’t use adjuvants. Because the weakened virus replicates a bit in the host, it naturally provides the innate immune stimulus — the very role adjuvants play in non-live vaccines.
