The author of the #AfricanFederationTreaty Framework© was diagnosed with autism. The same attention to systemic detail that shaped that framework is now applied to the execution gaps in the @AfCFTA. His #ThoughtLeadership analysis carries the architecture of the mind behind it.
Diagnosed with autism in 2014, I did not think that was something to be grateful for. I am now. Therapy has helped me socialise and put thought into writing. The obsession with detail. The understanding of systems. The core of my work.
