I wrote ab July 4 three years ago when a judge made up a quote & attributed it to me — said I said we’d done our work to “get around the 1st Amendment”. I couldn’t respond then bc AFL had just sued us in front of that judge.

This year he’s just dismissed our case.

I checked out Community Notes for the “Spencer Pratt got 0/24,000 votes” rumor that ran wild on X (tens of millions of views). It looks like raters were never able to reach consensus on this obviously false claim.

The Spencer Pratt stolen election claim is very familiar. Any time the count takes a long time and flips, the claim is that they MADE the ballots rather than COUNTING them. There aren’t any receipts. “But the stats!” is where it’s gone. It makes little sense.
