CPH Village plans 2,000 more student homes in Copenhagen
Student homes in Copenhagen could increase by as many as 2,000 by 2030 under a new DKK 1 billion (€134 million) partnership between pension fund AkademikerPension and housing developer CPH Village. The first homes are planned for Fiskerihavnen in Nordhavn, with residents expected to move in during spring 2028. The investment will expand a model that CPH Village has been developing in Copenhagen since 2018: compact, modular housing reserved for students, designed to keep rents below those of comparable private student accommodation while making use of sites that can change function as the city develops.
