Combining tax abatement with a “site-specific” Community Improvement District is a great deal for the developer, but starves St. Louis Public Schools & the City of STL of much needed 💰 resources.

While CWE condo owners are paying $$$ to fix water leaks, wood rot & other issues at building, the developers have been collecting over $200K/yr from residents to recoup money they spent building the project.
