I made a batch of divine lamb and lentil soup. It was supposed to be a stew, but i added too much water. I think it should be more stew-like after a night in the fridge. Carrots, onion, lots of garlic, seven spice powder, Aleppo pepper, etc.

It’s Turkish Red lentil soup cooking day. The smell of olive oil, red onions, cumin, Aleppo pepper, paprika…aiee it’s good and feeds me for many lunches for about $4.

Jeder darf natürlich Verbesserungen fordern. Wer aber meint, dass er nicht bereit ist, etwas degegen zu tun, dass das Grauen von Irpin, Butscha, Aleppo, Mariupol und Aleppo nach Deutschland kommt, weil das z.B. Renten- oder Gesundheitssystem nicht ganz Fair ist, hat jeglichen Maßstab verloren.
