Since October 20, 2023 on Fridays, the #AllisonCenter for #Peace has sponsored a #Protest to STAND for a peaceful, long-lasting resolution in Gaza. #Mendocino.

On July 16, 2023 a double rainbow graced the sunset at the Allison Center for Peace. The once-in-a-lifetime double rainbow lasted more than half an hour. This video reflects the last minutes of this amazing double rainbow sunset event on the Mendocino coast.

Truth & Justice (Kent State)
I wrote this song at the request of the family of Allison Krause, one of the students killed at Kent State University on May 4th, 1970. It was a pivotal event in my young life, even though I was only 12 years old at the time. It opened my eyes to the cruel realities of life and ended my childhood innocence forever. Writing this song helped me to articulate all of those long buried feelings, and has helped to heal some of the sadness and pain, even though the sense of injustice, betrayal and anger remains. ____________ Guitar and vocal - Carlos Jones Harmonica - David Krauss
