He may not have WoL levels of aether to spare, but he's still had more than ample time to master control of his aether & does have an impressive reserve (being a Source Shard of Emmeroloth) of it

Alma fact: the cat is a canon companion for him. Kitty is named Grahsker and Grahsker is a lil gentleman that helps calm down nervous patients that Alma is tending to (usually by claiming a lap, loafing, & purring or making biscuits on them)
