Monastics would request alms, donated food as part of their monastic practice. Monastics would be happy regardless of what they received or didn't receive. Monastics learned to survive without privilege, property, "power", or paisa/money.

We finished up strong, getting the Mystery Play going for the Imperial Cult in the Ebonheart area. We also did some alms work, and freed some slaves. We have the ring, we are going after the Ring of the Wind next, as part of the Oracle's Quests. :3 Excited for that hammer too.
We are doing the Imperial Cult line of quests for some fun upgrades to our anti mage build in Morrowind

The irony, as always, is that liberal responses to far right politics often reinforce the widespread critique of liberalism as out of touch — but getting in touch means actually engaging and understanding, not scattering alms and pity from the carriage window. It also means not being fooled!
