I'm Irish and I don't want alumina from Aughinish to be sent to a town in Siberia that is home to both a RUSAL aluminium smelter and an Iskander-M ballistic missile factory.

Alumina from Aughinish is shipped by sea to st. petersberg then by rail to one of two places, krasnoyarsk. Where it is smelted.
A journey of over 7,000km.
However just a short drive from the smelter is the factory that makes the iskander-m ballistic missiles.

A chemical tanker is enroute to Aughinish. It departed Buetzfleth, Stade, Germany. There is a Sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) manufacturing plant close to the jetty it departed from. This is used in the extraction of alumina from bauxtie.
