No single "best" to me.
Planescape Torment, Vampire: Masquerade and the Witcher series, Cyberpunk 2077, Ambermoon and Albion, to some degree also KCD, I remember these for their story and worldbuilding.
Even shooters like the original Prey, SystemShock or the newer Ghostwire:Tokyo have depth.

Speaking of side material ponies appearing in the Gameloft, I wonder if they'll consider adding Lilymoon and her sister into the game as well
They usually just add characters from the show and comics to it, but since they're now adding toy-exclusive OCs, that opens the door for book OCs now I think
